This flight took off at current time at 11 AM. It is supposed to land at 1 PM at delhi. But it got 5 hours of Delay and reached Delhi at 6 PM. I had some flight that I missed and again had to booked another flight, which costed me huge 8000 rupees. Also I was in flight for 6 hours. It was very hectic. I need refund for this Flight. Please help me in this case.
### Complaint 2: Baggage damage
My Baggage was damaged and few things were damaged, lost in Indigo airlines from Amritsar to Mumbai . I called customer care 10 times post which they told me to write an email. After email they asked me to provide evidences. After providing evidence its 10 days they just keep on telling answer "We are working on your issue" No resolution to issue, just time wasting and mentally frustrating process.
### Complaint 3: Staff Misbehaved
Charged extra for 1 kg overweight although there were no checkin baggage. Ground staff did not inform about this policy prior to checking in and hence took the baggage as cabin baggage and was told to pay extra 1000. Being a college student so much money was not possible and told the ground staff but the ground staff misbehaved.
